Characteristics of wine: Medium-intensity golden yellow color with a greenish tint. The bouquet is youthful, richly fragrant, very varied, smoky, honeyed, with nice notes of maturation, dry herbs, slightly balsamic. Dry in the mouth, moderate acidity, full-bodied.
Food pairing: It goes great with fish, pasta and shellfish. Aging potential: The wine is ripe and suitable for consumption.
