Deep garnet color. The flower is ripe, moderately pronounced, spicy notes, butter, yogurt, fine, ripe black fruits (elderberries). In the mouth it is dry, full-bodied, rich, tannic, ripe with a long aftertaste.

Serving temperature: from 18 to 20°C

Vinification

Vinification: fermentation with maceration for 21 days, gentle pressing and transfer to oak barrels – barriques

Maturation: 24 months in barrique barrels
